You have a point, what will even make someone think they can come into the forum and cheat us here. All those projects that creates fake account to vote for themselves are just telling us they will just take their winnings and run away.
Fake votes = fake project. They dont deserve a dime.
The admins after identifying those projects should make sure they win nothing to serve as a lesson to everyone
