Same in Nigeria bro, all he has to do is throw a little groundnut on the floor for hungry chickens to perch on and Interpol/FBI would’ve no jurisdiction or legal authority to apprehend and have him extradited, he’d also be awarded a diplomatic passport and chieftaincy title, automatic immunity.
