We understand your concern about the transfer of the assets.
We want to clear the flow for you guys so everyone can understand how the system is trustless.
(1) User has to register to the platform. User can add multiple nominees on the platform.
(2) You can select your nominee for the assets you are holding. Here, we are using ERC20 and ERC721 standard’s approval function. When user is approving an asset to the nominee, then user can see, which address he is allowing to claim that token. And only that address will be able to claim the user’s particular asset. The smart contract does not have permission to transfer it. It will just hold the data and let the nominee claim it when the condition is satisfied.
(3) You can select the available charities on the platform that you want to nominate when the nominee is unable to claim it. Again the smart contract does not have any rights to transfer your assets.
(4) The charity platform will not be selected by the platform. They can register on the platform with all the detail and then we will post it to the Tron-Forum. Community members can approve the charity platform and then we will list them to Inheritokens.
