Welcome to season7, team
After Shasta Testnet Chain, do you have any plans for new chains or will you be just in tron mainnet?
All the details are so clear. You guys managed it well. For 1 person, it is a really well-designed.
The $LUCKY token is now registered on the explorer.
The token page features a logo and a description. Holders can now see the logo of the $LUCKY token in their list of token balances.
Thank you for your reply to me I think youâre strategy is very well outlined with plenty detailing, I wish you success
Hi @Anoupen .
Yes, there are plans to expand LuckyDapp beyond the TRON network. The aim is to transform LuckyDapp into a cross-chain platform in the future, with the $LUCKY token designed as an omnichain token. This would enable users from multiple blockchains like TRON, BSC, Avalanche, and others to participate in the Prediction Market and other features seamlessly.
Imagine: a new round in the BTC Prediction Market has started. It will allow users from different chains to make predictions. Prizes could be claimed on any chain, with the option to bridge the $LUCKY token to a desired chain afterward.
However, expanding to multiple chains will come after thorough testing of the current version to ensure everything works well.
Best,
LuckyDappTeam
Hi @Eric .
Itâs great to hear that the details are clear and that you appreciate the effort put into designing LuckyDapp. Thank you.

Hi, what made you choose chainlink as the oracle instead of using trons winklink?
Hi @Lil_Starburst .
Good question! The decision to choose Chainlink over WINkLink was based on thorough research and analysis of available oracle solutions in Web3. During this process, it became clear that while WINkLink offers an Oracle service, it has significant limitations, particularly regarding its âheartbeat.â
The term âheartbeatâ refers to the mechanism for regularly checking and updating the status of data feeds. Essentially, it indicates how frequently the oracle updates the data it provides to the blockchain.
In the case of WINkLink , the heartbeat is notably slow, even for major cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, and TRX, with updates happening only a few times a day or even once every 10 hours. This creates a substantial delay between live off-chain data and whatâs available on-chain, which is critical for a prediction market to function effectively.
Furthermore, when examining the testnet oracle contracts, it was alarming to see that the last update was over three months ago. This kind of outdated information would be detrimental for a platform like LuckyDapp, which relies on accurate, real-time data.
Another limitation of WINkLink is its restricted asset availability. If there is a desire to add more assets to the prediction market, significant challenges would arise due to the limited number of assets supported.
In contrast, Chainlink provides continuous updates, a wide array of data feeds, and fast heartbeat intervals â often under five minutes â ensuring that users have access to the most current and reliable data. Additionally, Chainlink acts as a multichain oracle, available on multiple networks, while WINkLink is limited to the TRON ecosystem. This multichain capability offers greater flexibility and opens up opportunities for transforming LuckyDapp into a cross-chain platform.
After careful consideration of these factors, Chainlink was identified as the optimal choice for LuckyDapp.
For any additional details regarding specific advantages or other aspects, please donât hesitate to ask.
Best,
LuckyDappTeam
I see, if winklink updates more regularly in the future would you reconsider? Or perhaps even have more than one oracle would assure even more accuracy im not sure
Thanks for your follow-up @Lil_Starburst .
Yes, if WINkLink improves its update frequency and overall reliability in the future, it could be reconsidered, especially for assets specifically existing on TRON.
However, having multiple oracles for the same asset isnât necessary, as the data provided by oracles is already aggregated from multiple sources. Instead, integrating different oracles can expand the range of available assets. For example, BTC price could be served by Chainlink, TRX by WINkLink, and ETH by another oracle.
If you have more thoughts or questions, feel free to share.

Thanks for the detailed explanation @WALLY
Time for a few statistics:
Since its launch, LuckyDapp has successfully processed numerous rounds across both the DeFi Prediction Market (Bull or Bear) and VRF games:
- Bull or Bear (BTC): 250+ rounds completed
- Ticket Lottery: 400+ rounds completed
Feel free to join and participate.
Tron isnt integrated with chainlink, so can you explain your tech flow here? Do you use it separately? Do u have diagram flow i can see?
Also important one, will this make me lucky? Toođ
Hi @Genz210
Good question! While TRON isnât natively integrated with Chainlink, LayerZero is used to facilitate cross-chain communication. LayerZero acts as a bridge that allows us to send requests to the Chainlink Price Oracle and Chainlink VRF deployed on EVM-compatible chains.
Hereâs how it works for:
-
DeFi Part - âBull or Bearâ Prediction Market:
When a prediction round begins, we need to obtain the initial price of the selected asset. This is achieved by sending a request through LayerZero to the Chainlink Price Oracle. The oracle then returns the price data back to the TRON chain via LayerZero. Similarly, at the end of the round, when itâs time to determine the settlement price, another request is sent to the Chainlink Oracle, ensuring that all outcomes are based on accurate and reliable price data.
-
VRF Games:
For VRF games, such as the Ticket Lottery, we need to determine the winner at the end of each round. This process starts by sending a request through LayerZero to the Chainlink VRF. The VRF then generates a random number that determines the winner and returns this data back to the TRON chain via LayerZero. This ensures that the outcome is fair and provably random, maintaining the integrity of the game.
I hope this provides a better picture of how the technology functions.
Unfortunately, I donât have a flow diagram available just yet, but I plan to provide one soon to visually represent this process.
Well, I canât promise luck, but I can promise that the outcomes are based on reliable data and verifiable randomness, ensuring your experience is as fair as possible.
Best,
LuckyDappTeam
Updates on the DeFi Prediction Market:
The Prediction Market mode âBull or Bearâ has been improved.
The âSelect marketâ page is now organized into three sections:
- Crypto: BTC, ETH, MATIC (POL), AVAX, and more
- Fiat currencies: EUR, GBP, AUD, etc.
- Stocks: TESLA, and others
Currently available markets include:
- Crypto: BTC & ETH
- Fiat currencies: EUR (recently added)
Go and try predicting in the new Fiat currencies category.
For example, I made a âBullishâ prediction in the EUR / USD market, round #1:
- Initial Price: $1.08291499
- Final price: $1.08375
- Bet amount: 10 $LUCKY
My prediction was right: I WON!

Hello @WALLY ! Itâs great to see projects using Layer Zero integration to bring ChainLink to TRON!
by looking trough the comments I got most of my questions resolved.
I have a couple yet to go:
- When are the additional games going to be launched? I know the community will love to play some of those
- Are you planning to get a domain soon for your dApp? This will give you a branding push and attract more users.
- Are you planning to open source at least some part of your code related to the Layer Zero integration? More devs could benefit from it
- Are you building solo? I ask because we noticed several attempts when creating your post in devpost
Thank you for building on TRON!
Hello. I had no idea you can integrate chainlink services into other chains; thatâs mindblowing.
Could you share a few tutorials or links or code snippets with regards to how that can be achieved?
The website is not working I think you need to work on this more, you suppose to give the community the best, try to fix this in time
From the Project Goal it is suffice to say that this is a Betting App/Site that integrates digital assets in this case TRON as itâs Native token.
Now the real question here if that is correct is this, what makes this one different from the other betting crypto sites
How secure and decentralised is the LuckyDapp?
