I have experience same feelings.
Sometimes then I would fell frustrated.
Then I had this experience with XRP.
While holding it was dipping.
I sold it to cash … so I could gather my fees and other.
Only for me to sell. And
Xrp was pumping… I feel like I wasn’t enduring enough.
I had to consoled myself with the thinking of…
What if it was in dip .( But I was pained).
