Monetize your Telegram Community

Thanks @Prince-Onscolo for the positive view

YesTRON is natively supported by default from dashboard creators will choose their preferred token

Currently, we don’t have a formal regulation layer, but we prioritize a user-driven approach. Subscribers have the right to report channels or groups they believe are acting in bad faith. Based on these reports, we will review and potentially ban bad actors from the platform. Our focus is to keep the system open and permissionless, allowing everyone to monetize their content while maintaining community standards through user feedback.

We understand the concern, and we’ve designed two flexible solutions to address this. First, our creator dashboard allows group or channel admins to grant free access to their existing members before connecting to our subscription system. Alternatively, they can create a new group exclusively for premium members. This ensures that admins can smoothly transition without forcing existing members to subscribe right away

We plan to offer two revenue-sharing models:

  1. A subscription-based model
  2. A Monthly Active Subscribers (MAS) model

The exact pricing details for these models are still being finalized, but both options are designed to give creators flexibility in how they monetize their content while ensuring a fair revenue spli

To address trust between parties, we encourage users to take advantage of the free trial before committing to payment. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, we will allow subscribers to report bad actors, and we will take action to maintain fairness and quality within the platform.

Thank you for your interest! Regarding the roadmap and team, our landing page will go live tomorrow, and I’ll tag you so you can explore all the project details. Our initial plan is to reach out to Telegram creators directly, and we already have a few potential customers on our waiting list who are eager to use our paywall system for their communities.

As for data security, since we use open blockchain networks for payment processing, privacy is naturally ensured. Blockchain transactions provide transparency while keeping personal data secure

I read it from here, someone was asking, in a case where I do not get the content I paid for, can one report to your platform and what can you do to help?

How will you address potential challenges related to payment, security and fraud prevention in a decentralized environment, especially given the unique nature of Telegram as a messaging platform.

Welcome to Hackathon Season 7, after a careful read I see this presents an intriguing use case for Web3 technology by integrating decentralized payment solutions into Telegram’s ecosystem, offering a streamlined approach to subscription-based monetization for community owners.
With any Web3 project, especially those involving financial transactions, security is paramount. How will the platform ensure secure transactions and protect against potential hacks or abuse?

Since we use blockchain technology for payment processing, we don’t store any sensitive user data. All transactions are conducted securely following industry standards. Payments are processed in real-time, directly from wallet A (subscriber) to wallet B (creator), ensuring a high level of security and transparency with no intermediaries involved.

@kabugu
Thanks for your warm response and clarity.

Thanks for answering but though platforms like Patreon, YouTube, and Substack use monetization for content creators, there are differences between them and telegram groups or channels and this may limit the effectiveness of such a model on your platform. E.g engagements on telegram is more conversational unlike platforms specifically built for hosting and promoting premium content. To ensure that users get values from their subscription I have this questions for clarity:

  1. How will you ensure that creators deliver high quality content that justifies charging users?
  2. Is there a system for users to rate the content they receive. And will this affect the creator’s standing on the platform?

Oh wow, very wonderful! Please tell me how are you planning to be handling customer support for all your different subscription plan, thank you

0 intermediaries is particularly appealing in a time when concerns about data security and transaction transparency are at the forefront. Since blockchain transactions are irreversible, how do you plan to manage scenarios where users send incorrect amounts or experience transaction failures due to network congestion? Will there be a dispute resolution process?
