Thank you for sharing. I am reviewing this project based on the video intro and the website. Although most pages on the website now have a server error.

This project is a shortname service for Tron addresses. This is a concept popularized by Ethereum Name Service. But this project integrates it more into its own app, rather than focusing on a ubiquitous service like ENS.

Perhaps if some APIs are added and documented well this can help with horizontal adoption by other projects.

Looking good so far, keep it up!

Thank you for your support
Actually I started building payee a bit late as per the hackathon schedule, so we mostly focused on developing the main project working, rather than spending time on ā€œAbout usā€, ā€œcontact usā€, etc. pages.
Although I wanted to add these pages and content, I donā€™t want to break any hackathon rules by editing the project after the submission deadline has ended.

Although I am still building in the background, I and not pushing them to the hosted platform

You can check the actual projectā€™s main part after you register to the platform.

If you have any other questions feel free to send me a message.

Thank you for the suggestions with APIā€™s , I will surely get them integrated and documented asap

@Vignesh I like the idea but I am just a little concerned about what measures you are taking to prevent fraud and protect the users funds and account?

It seems a little open ended, no?

Thank you for your response @sanan.
As per as security is concerned, all funds management is done directly in the BTT hosted smart contract which you can check.

If you check the smart contract, you will find that the funds after which they are received, are stored under the usernames of the receiver, which cannot be changed after registration.
All the fees are calculated and stored under fees variable

As a admin, we can only withdraw the amount equal to the fees collected, and not more than that.
So the funds will always reman there, no one else even admin and withdraw users funds, only they themselves can.

We have placed our business model on collecting income from withdrawal as well as registrations fees, and not on using users funds (If we find a better solution to manage these funds we will try to increase the revenue, in near future)

I could not connect due to :

The page took about 1 minute to load ā€¦ Incredible long

In the end it worked somehow

I do not understand the need to login for me is useless to login on you could do the entire functionality without creating an account just using the wallet

It is indee a unique entry I love this fact but a bit more carefull in design!

Congrats on the work so far,

It was hosted a in too hurry, and I was afraid to update it later on, as all hackathon projects development had to be done in hackathon period.
I did some upgrades, and tried integrating cross chain transfers and Update to payee, not yet completed.

Was trying router protocol so using AVAX and polygon testnet, Finding a similar solution on BTTC

You can find it here 5g6j965rmh8slduc1khi71hp78.ingress.spheron.wiki

As for the why we need login is required. The platform allow users to connect multiple wallets plus I want to integrate KYC for every customer, So you can have all your wallets at same place, when you see the history. Lot of work is in progress.
Single person Canā€™t work on all things at the same time.

Btw thank you for your reply @constantinpricope201

Welcome and thank you for participating in hackaTRONs5 @Vignesh ! You have done great work during the hackathon period. Especially, when you are the solo developer for payee, it is understandable that the dapp is still a little buggy right now as you are doing a lot of work in the background it seems. All the good luck to you !

Can you tell me how and where can we post updates for this project

If you are asking where to post any update done on Payee. The best place to keep the community informed is through this forum, especially by sharing whatever updates you are making under this hackaTRON submission post. You can also create separate posts on the forum under the TRON Discussion category maybe. If you would like to maybe take some references from other well established projects on these hackaTRONs. One last suggestion I think should be to post on the social media platforms like X (previously twitter), reddit, etc.

Thank you for providing me with this info, I would get started with putting in updates on this topic itself.
I am searching for a team mate to help me develop the frontend a bit properly.
In talks with one of my friend who introduced me to tron.

Will post next updates asap
