How will you give BTT rewards to users who help? How do you decide which answers are the best?

Users give BTT to each other as reward for the responses. We don’t decide which answer is best or not. People on the forum respect each other and support the comment they liked if they want.

How should we structure the BTT rewards to encourage participation without overwhelming users? What metrics should we use to determine these rewards?
