It appears that the public voting is neglectful.
I came across a project that received more than 25 votes despite having only 35 likes and fewer than 40 comments overall (with project team responses).
Perhaps they made a real effort to reach more users.
Additionally, neither their frontend works nor their contract have been implemented.

They also have friends and family.
It is not like Ghana elections where a contestant can get 0 votes even after voting for himself.
