Hi all ,
I posted the project Tron Direct Debit and I would love to receive your feedback on the project. Everyone is invited to post their thoughts 
. I am new in this journey on web3 and this is a project that I dedicated a lot of energy so your feedback would be a lot for me.

Yes, we are definitely seing a lot of last minutes submissions. The HackaTRONs will not end with S3, so everyone will have a chance to build and get support in the next editions.
I have to say that at first glance not all the projects being submitted for S3 will be eligible. S3 rules have changed with respect to S2 and there are a few relevant changes that all teams should consider:
Q. Can I join the hackathon if I have participated in TRON Grand Hackathon 2022 Season 1 & 2?
You are more than welcome to join season 3 of the hackathon if you have launched your existing hackathon project for the community to use . You must make sure to select that you are submitting an existing project during your Devpost project submission so the judges can judge accordingly. Each judge will make their own decisions on how they treat pre-built projects vs new projects.
So, if an S2 project was not finished, you cannot participate in S3.
Q. Can I join the hackathon if I already have an existing developed/developing project?
Yes. You can still join the hackathon provided that you have made significant updates or new feature additions to your project. Please make sure to make it clear to judges and the community what you have built and what will you be building during the hackathon period. Projects found not making any updates during the hackathon period will be disqualified.
If you did not make significant upgrades to an existing projects, you cannot participate. I see that there are a few rebranding, or color scheme change to existing projects. I doubt that these changes would qualify as “significant”
For this Hackathon, we have listened to your feedback and understand that the community would like to see completed projects being awarded. Therefore, for this hackathon, you will be submitting a complete project or project that is near completion so make sure to have your project ready and submitted before the deadline. You need to have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that is hosted online so the judges and the community can check out the project directly. Projects that have smart contracts will need to be deployed onto the testnet or mainnet.
The S3 submitted projects should be finished, or near finished and testable by the judges and the community members. Contracts should be deployed

Yes, lot of projects will probably be excluded from participating this season. Which isn’t a bad thing, especially for the judges who will save some time

Still someone need to go over all projects and check them out carefully.
The rule of having the projects posted also on the forum was a great addition in S3. In this way every user has the chance to evaluate and interact with the teams.
