Currently, Tronpower focuses on 2 core products

  1. Project Reactor

How is the Project Governed? Hybrid governance model. There can be plans to decentralize governance and move towards community voting for relevant changes.

Funding Request
Currently do not need funding to develop or go live , but if we do receive any funding, it will be planned to be used for energy market/Project Reactor , community rewards , marketing spend for growth.

No amount will be spent on team/ development to get Tronpower to V1. The only funding needed around this phase is for a smart contract audit, which will be good for the trust of the community and for us to know that we have designed secure smart contract(s).
In the distant future, a fundraise could be done to expand the team specifically for the protocol to grow much faster and bigger, and funding will support that.

  • 10k-20k USD - smart contract/security audit ( expected to be on the higher end as its a new kind of protocol)

Milestone 1 (Energy market live)

Project in 5 Years
The long term vision for Tronpower is to be a trusted hub for the tron ecosystem and the be the #1 platform for $trx holders to go to and be one of the most used platform . The idea is to be like tronscan in that sense of a hub providing utility/resource and trust.

Hence, we want to provide:

  • educational content
  • have trusted links to dapps in the ecosystem
  • build useful tools relevant for $trx holders and related to our products.

Other plans include:

  • Project Reactor expansion with tron communities, institutions/exchanges ,dapps and/or KOLs
  • Project Reactor expansion with real world assets / brands
  • Instant Crosschain onramp into tron ecosystem and Project Reactor (via partnerships)

There are many ways to build ontop of the V1 Project Reactor from tron community partnerships to crosschain onramp into TRON to real world/RWA brand partnerships. These are all exciting paths we can take but only time will tell which path we will follow through.

If there is a lot of potential , it could even warrant a fundraise to setup a “labs” company for the protocol to expand the team and build multiple products.

Yes, still updating. Unfortunately , Project Reactor is in stealth so I can’t reveal a lot of what’s in my draft litepaper until its ready to be launched

Any ideas on how an energy market can be improved are gladly welcomed.

Also any simple tools that maybe be useful for energy market and transaction related activities e.g calculators , estimation tools , chartings or even on-screen tutorials.

How do you mean Off-chain solution for Tron energy?

On this one, just my suggestion, inbuilt calculator to get estimated yield for Tron stakers when some data imputed like Apr, duration, staked TRX.

Personally, I used external tool to calculate for mine.

Haha , there is a hidden easter egg on the website that helps just a little bit , but just like the TBL cipher challenge , you need to think a little similar but different.
Getting past the door is one thing , can you get to find the secret once you get past it :slight_smile:

How do you mean Off-chain solution for Tron energy?

Right now , many tron energy markets are using off-chain solutions for buying and selling energy in order to save on Tron “energy” costs. We have gone down that path for our energy market…

Be assured, trustless solutions are my personal belief , although in order to save costs for users , that’s why off-chain solutions have been used.

On this one, just my suggestion, inbuilt calculator to get estimated yield for Tron stakers when some data imputed like Apr, duration, staked TRX.

Personally, I used external tool to calculate for mine.

Great suggestion, I personally have my own excel sheet and could open source it , but i also want to removed the need to download a file or visit a google sheet for example.

Thanks for your suggestion , will see if there is time to build the calculator , maybe after Project Reactor V1 or even after Phase 1 is done

You could help by just showing the exact kind of formula you want , that would be helpful and I can quickly implement it without needing to think about it.

@TBULL Sometimes you just gotta do it yourself. I always said why don’t people build on tron. I left my job to become an entrepreneur , and it was really tough , and now I’m full time on Tronpower. 7 years coming, I’m here to build on TRON, I hope Project Reactor makes huge waves in the TRON ecosystem.
