Ok, if the memetoken can be tradable on sunswap how will you make sure that liquidity pools are supplied and that the meme token maintains value?
there several options. from the beginning (without gas less mining) if you spent few dollars for mine, you will not sell reward less then you spent for transaction. slowly need to create value in mind, because all meme tokens have only value in our mind.

this is really good question. I would answer that we can use energy to mine blocks, make it zero fee for mining transaction. That will require some support from the TronDAO (they can delegate energy to mining contract).

Nonce is secret input for circuit, and miner is included to the proof. so you can take this proof and it does not matter who will execute this transaction with this proof, anyway address that generates this proof will get reward.
