Yeah you are right dude, 1 hour is actually too little to choose good projects.

One hour should be the minimum to engage before voting, it takes more than an hour to read trough all the submissions. As I see there are communities doing giveaways to get people to vote for them it must be hard to get to the level of voting to keep it as fair as possible.
