Hola, siento decirte que no sólo pasa en Ghana, es el día a día de todos los Paises un estira y afloja por parte de los gobiernos sobre las criptomonedas.
También por otra parte la educación sobre criptomonedas en todo el mundo aún le falta mucho camino por recorrer, con el tiempo y ganas de aprender se conseguirá.
