The site is really working very well but I will suggest adding something like referral program
Secondary, it will be nice move if the system can detect violence or abusive words,
Any abusive words should reduce someone’s point or rank
Yes offcourse we all have freedom of speech but as we are StrongerTogether there should also be equal right and justice

Hola, creo recordar que ya hay un apartado en las normas del foro dónde no se permite comentarios groseros, ni descalifívos.
Desde que estoy en el foro siempre he podido ver respeto, la libertad de expresión es fundamental se está creando una plataforma para poder tener libertad, y está muy bien una comunidad donde todo el mundo se apoye, todos estos factores se cumplen cuando empiezan por uno mismo.
Si tu no eres libre, no te respetas, no eres justo, indiscutiblemente nadie lo cumplirá contigo.

I can vividly remember I have come across a quarell between two persons which is not/appropriate in my view
Some don’t understand why we are here if am not mistaking 
We are one big family regardless of the project we are respectively supporting

Las peleas nunca son apropiadas, difiero en que creo que los que nos unimos en este foro si sabemos porque estamos dentro de el, en cuanto a la tarea que tenemos en apoyar a todos los proyectos y que todo el ecosistema funcione, siempre lo he defendido y al final de eso se trata.
En la cuestión de reducción de puntos, considero que el respeto es fundamental hacia las otras personas,y eso lo lleva la educación, por lo tanto yo no soy partidario de esta reducción.
