Project Goal:

Transform TRON onboarding by building an interactive educational platform where new users complete hands-on tutorials/quests on Shasta testnet to learn TRON fundamentals, then receive free energy and account activation on mainnet to confidently execute their first real transactions.

Unique Value Proposition:

The Problem: Thousands of new users receive USDT daily but get stuck because they don’t understand energy/bandwidth. Transactions fail, they waste TRX, and many leave thinking TRON is broken.

The Solution - Education FIRST, Then Reward:

Arc Vaults is evolving its current “Help Each Other” system (which provides free energy to stuck users from donations) into a comprehensive tutorial/quest platform:

Current System (Live):

  • Donation pool accepting TRX contributions
  • Free energy grants (65,000 units) for eligible stuck users
  • One-time help per address with strict validation

Evolution into Tutorial System (In Development):

  1. Mandatory Interactive Tutorials fully utilizing Shasta and Nile Testnets

    New users must complete step-by-step educational quests BEFORE receiving free energy. Users practice with real wallet interactions in safe testnet environments where they learn:

    • Energy & Bandwidth Fundamentals: What they are, why TRON needs them, how to get them, how to manage them efficiently
    • TRC20 Token Transactions: How to safely send USDT and other tokens, understanding gas costs before execution
    • Super Representative Voting: How to vote for SRs, claim rewards, and participate in TRON governance
    • TronScan Navigation: How to read transaction history, verify transfers, check energy/bandwidth status, understand blockchain explorer
    • Token Swapping: How to use DEX platforms (SunSwap, etc.) safely, understand slippage, avoid scams
    • Energy Management: How to buy energy from marketplaces, when to freeze TRX vs buy energy, cost optimization strategies
  2. Partner Platform Integration - Learning by Using Real Tools

    Instead of just explaining platforms, Arc Vaults integrates them directly into tutorials:

    • Energy Marketplaces (for example @CatFee on Nile): Tutorial teaches energy management → shows live marketplace options → user practices buying energy on testnet
    • TRON Infrastructure (TronScan, wallets): Users learn by interacting with real tools, not just watching videos

    This approach could generates revenue for Arc Vaults and partner platforms through referrals and integrated services while keeping education free for users

  3. Tutorial Completion Rewards

    • After finishing all quests: Free 65,000 energy grant on mainnet
    • Free account activation for unactivated wallets (worth 1 TRX) - used during promotional period to attract users to the platform
    • First transaction resources with full understanding
    • Knowledge to confidently use TRON ecosystem

Current Live Features (Mainnet):

  1. Batch USDT Sender:

    • Visit https://arcvaults.com and connect TronLink wallet (mainnet)
    • Navigate to “Send USDT” section
    • Add 3-1000 recipient addresses with amounts
    • System auto-calculates energy costs
    • Purchase required energy (optional) or execute directly
    • Confirm and execute batch transfer
  2. Help Each Other (Current Version - Evolving to Tutorial System):

    • Visit Arc Vaults - Free Energy Market | P2P TRON Energy Trading
    • Donate mode: Connect wallet → Enter TRX amount → Donate to community pool
    • Request mode: Enter address (must have ≤100 USDT, 0 TRX, one-time only) → System validates eligibility → Receive 65,000 energy units and activate address if necessary
  3. Buy Energy:

    • Navigate to “Buy Energy” section
    • Choose single address, bulk, or flash purchase
    • Uses @CatFee subleasing feature

Funding & Business Model

Funding Request:

$15,000 (USD equivalent in TRX or USDT) for:

  • Marketing & community growth: $10,000 (TRON community campaigns, X/Telegram ads, influencer collaborations) after MVP is done
  • Development & infrastructure: $5,000 (hosting, tools, design, SEO, contracting developers if needed)

Once the tutorial MVP is ready and proven, Arc Vaults would be honored if TRON DAO could consider:

  1. Energy & TRX delegation - Supporting tutorial completion rewards (10M Energy (or equivalent in TRX) and 15k TRX) would help:

    • Reward learners who complete educational quests without requiring upfront funding
    • Activate new user accounts after they’ve demonstrated understanding (in promotional period or more if conditions allows)
    • Scale impact to help more users enter the TRON ecosystem confidently
    • Build credibility through TRON DAO’s endorsement of the educational approach
  2. Promotional support (if deemed valuable) - If the platform proves useful to the community, visibility through TRON DAO’s channels would help new users discover the tutorials and onboarding resources

Revenue Model:

The platform sustains itself through:

  1. Energy subleasing to users - Energy from CatFee is provided to users for their transaction needs, generating income
  2. Batch sender integration - USDT bulk sender with option to purchase our subleased energy directly within the tool
  3. Partner referral commissions (planned) - Revenue from swap platforms, energy providers featured in tutorials
  4. Future tutorial completion tokens (planned proposals) - Discount vouchers for first energy purchase, swap fees, partner benefits (in early development)

This model allows Arc Vaults to remain free for learners, while monetizing through downstream utility of educational partnerships.

Great concept @ArcVaults helping newcomers into the Tron ecosystem, along with giving those who didn’t quite understand the energy system a hand, this is a great way to keep members in the system. It also takes away from members constantly asking for help. Once they have been through the education system, it will then be hard to say they didn’t know they needed resources :ok_hand: .

Also you can probably partner with other projects here for the energy donations :wink:

The tutorial/quest system is currently in early development stages, and I am looking forward to updating the project as soon as the first steps are ready. I understand the submission might raise questions about implementation details - like whether it will be a simple next-button quiz or something more comprehensive, but I hope everything will become clearer once I share the first tutorial demos.
I honestly didn’t expect to be accepted into the program this quickly, but it gives me massive validation that I am heading in the right direction.

That’s exactly what the project is aiming for - making the learning curve smoother and giving newcomers the tools they need upfront, so the community spends less time answering the same questions and more time building together. Really like the idea of partnering with other projects for energy donations - that could open up some interesting collaboration opportunities down the line.

One thing that needs serious consideration on my side is preventing abuse of the free energy/address activation system. Want to make sure the resources go to genuine learners while keeping the experience welcoming for newcomers. :raising_hands:

Welcome to TBL, your submission is really interesting but I’m wondering, do you plan to burn TRX to generate energy for users, or rely mainly on CatFee’s rental system?

To clarify the energy distribution model: Arc Vaults uses a donation pool system that pulls energy from the energy market (using TRX from the pool) and also leverages CatFee’s rental system for efficient energy delivery

The main goal is to secure sponsorship from TRON DAO for a certain amount of energy (or TRX that would be staked to generate the needed energy) to distribute at the end of tutorials. If that doesn’t work out, the donation pool is already operational and functional as a fallback

Just to make sure I’m understanding your question correctly, when you mention “burning TRX to generate energy for users”, are you referring to staking TRX for energy resources, or something else? Want to make sure I’m addressing your concern properly! :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you @ines_valerie for the constructive question! I have definitely thought about this in terms of the potential impact on energy sellers, the burning mechanism, and the possibility of system abuse.

That’s why 10M energy per day feels like a reasonable sweetspot for distribution. Let me break down the numbers:

Hypothetically, if we utilize the full 10M energy every single day on new users:

  • At 65k energy per user, that’s approximately 150 users per day
  • Over a year, that’s roughly 56,000 users who won’t need to burn 6.5 TRX for energy
  • In terms of unburned TRX, fully serving users for a year would cost the network around 365,000 TRX in unburned fees
  • If all users rented energy from the market at approximately 2 TRX per 65k energy, it would cost energy retailers around 112,000 TRX per year
  • The delegation system itself would consume approximately 85k bandwidth daily to fully utilize this allocation

Putting this in perspective:
With around 200k new addresses created daily, and assuming (in a worst-case scenario) that 5% are genuine newcomers, the 10M energy allocation would serve approximately 1.5% of daily new users. The remaining 98.5% would still interact with the network through normal channels - potentially through promotional discounts, partner energy vouchers, or community airdrops
