Yes, we plan to integrate additional wallets beyond MetaMask to offer users more flexibility. This approach will give players more choices for seamless transactions and staking.
Hello @hermione ! We’re excited about the future of Bit Bird and have a few expansions in mind. These include multiplayer tournaments with larger staking pools, NFT rewards for top players, special themed challenges, and integration with additional blockchain networks. We’re also exploring ways to incorporate more customizable avatars and skins to enhance the gameplay experience. Stay tuned!
This project does not work on the TRON blockchain network. Smart contracts are not even connected. Metamask has been connected to a completely ready-made casual game. According to the competition rules, this project should be disqualified. What is necessary should be done.
We really Thank you @leohymon for bringing this issue to our attention.
We deeply apologize for the confusion caused by an error in deploying our latest code. The version you encountered was an older version that was not correctly updated on the vercel. We have now resolved this issue, and the final, fully functional version is live.
And the smart contract is deployed on BTTC Testnet by mistake we gave the link of BTTC Mainnet. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and again thank you for letting us know. We have updated the Testnet Smart Contract link in the post.
Everything, including smart contract integration on the BTTC (BitTorrent Chain) Testnet, is fully operational for the 1v1 competitive mode. In the 1v1 mode, smart contracts are used to manage staking, match results, and rewards, ensuring transparency and fairness. For solo players, we also have a leaderboard system to track high scores, providing a fun, non-competitive experience.
However, to onboard new players and allow them to test their skills without the need for immediate staking, we have not added smart contracts in the solo game. This lets users enjoy the game by simply connecting their wallets and playing without any blockchain interaction, encouraging more people to try the game before diving into competitive matches.
We also acknowledge your concern about the logo. While there may be a resemblance to Angry Birds, it was not our intention to infringe on any intellectual property. We are actively working on updating the design to ensure no similarities, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight. The necessary changes are already underway.
Please don’t come to a judgement to directly disqualify our project. Once again, we appreciate you taking the time to highlight these concerns and help us improve. We welcome any further feedback or questions.
We acknowledge the issues highlighted, and we have now corrected them. The version of the game that was live was an older one under development, and it was mistakenly pushed to production.
In our project post, we clearly stated that our smart contract was deployed on the BTTC Testnet. However, due to an oversight, the mainnet URL was mistakenly uploaded. This has since been fixed, and we have ensured that the final and correct version is now live.
We request that you please reconsider our project and re-evaluate it. Our goal has always been to contribute to the Tron ecosystem while fully adhering to the hackathon’s rules. We appreciate your time and consideration, and we remain committed to making the necessary adjustments moving forward.
Hello team Bit Bird and welcome to the hackathon session 7
Offering both solo mode and 1v1 is great to satisfy varying players taste. But please can you clarify me on the reward structure for players participating in the 1v1 staking mode. How are the winnings distributed?
