Could HONEYPOT help?

Hello @admin.hackathon , it is okay to point it out here that my conversation was reported by @barfolomew which is quite good.
I am not a participant and I voted for my favourite projects which includes @barfolomew project. But to ensure integrity, I actually message each of my favourite projects so as to be sure they aren’t voter buyers. This is what I called HONEYPOT - message them with the intention of helping them to get more votes. I have the screenshot of all messages.

I think as a Cybersecurity professional, Honeypot could curb random vote buying if some “good” guys act that way in order uncover vote buying. In this way, I guess a lot will be scared to buy votes randomly.

Thanks @admin.hackathon . I have the screenshot of all conversations, if you want me to prove further. Thanks

As a cybersecurity strategy, HONEYPOT is the proactive approach against vote buying.:+1:

The strategy is not bad but to do that without the consent of any TronDao team member will become very hard for anyone to believe you were in for the betterment of all and not to satisfy your own personal interest.

I believe the @admin.hackathon upon further checks will be the best judge to decide whether you had genuine intentions or not.

Wishing you the best of luck.

But next time you do something like this, SEEK PERMISSION

This would easily offset the proposed war against vote buying going public about a solution like this and as @Nana66419 clearly stated, you can go about playing Robin Hood without the approval of The Team to further increase the legitimacy of your tactics, we’re all Tronics.
