This is indeed a must have on blockchain!! I love books and really think ebooks could use NFT-books for the better. I had a similar idea for an early TRON hackathon and immediately
felt bond with this one 
take a look at GitHub - simbadMarino/liverum, for sure the code won’t help much as of now cuz its a bit old but some ideas there might help you… as of today you could easily get some trending ebook react reader and adapt it as a dApp. Later on you could do it in a physical device as stated in your post ;). If you need some help with the electronics (if you ever want to explore this path) let me know, I’m an electronics engineer and could help on prototyping a physical hand held device

Step 1: Mint #DWP #NFT at : Kraftly
Step 2: Go to your Kraftly profile → Collections → KNFT Dropdown → Select DWP
Step 3: Click on the NFT and go to Others tag → Click on View Content to read the first decentralised ebook on TRON #Web3
After reading you can put the NFT for resell in the marketplace
