Is decentralising the internet possible in developing countries?

it is possible but without government interference which is almost impossible with a fragile political system which is unfortunately common in africa

I don’t think it’s possible cuz internet really helped us in so many ways and due to that we’re able to connect here

In developing countries the government is mostly fragile and full of autocracy intense, they mostly want to keep their regime intect so thats why they keep their people under survailance so its quite impossible in developing countries to decentralize internet.

I feel it will still take awhile for developing countries to get there. Developed countries are still taking it once step at a time, so imagine how overwhelming it will be developing countries. Some developing countries haven’t even started using 5g network yet.
