Project Goal:
Eagle Eye aims to build a safer web3 space, and a welcoming environment for web2 users. The Web3 space has been largely dominated by tech savvies or risk-takers which are just 1% of the world’s population. Eagle Eye opens the door for wide-stream adoption of web3 and a decentralized crypto policing. It’s a Web community that keeps a decentralized, careful watch on every project on Tron Blockchain while the watchmen earn passively.
Token holders of $Eagle can also decide on what the percentage of the vault will be for, using a decentralized on-chain Governance forum to vote on proposals that will strictly address security in web3 space such as Bug bounty etc.

Future goals

  • An Eagle Eye extension to easily notify users about the Star rating of the visited DApp (either web or mobile)

  • The Eagle community will extend to a decentralized mobile platform for users who prefer mobile applications.

  • A community which monitors the network activities not just on Tron ecosystem but also on other networks. A cross-platform community.

@Stevegee No need to say how much something like this would be needed in the community, scams a very much the reason a lot of investment stays away from the blockchain space at the moment so if something can be done about that and at the same time opens the gates for more users im all for it :raised_hands:

What stage are you at with this so far? team? Whitepaper? Website?

Indeed we need a safer space to thrive and widestream adoption. The project will be updated with the necessary documents/details in few hours.
Thanks!

It doesn’t seem you have a devpost URL submission in the Hackathon. Have you submitted your project yet to the Tron Hackathon?

Currently working on both the devpost url as well necessary details to successfully complete the requirements here too.
Thanks for the observation

how decide the star rating? Seems difficult!

We have users , decentralised reviewers/anybody interested in earning passively while dropping reviews as well as star- rating based on the review template the community will provide

This is interesting. For the bug-bounty, do you work with the individual projects to come up with the rewards for bugs found, or is that a community decision as well?

Also, do you work with the projects to confirm validity of the bugs found? If not, how is that managed?

Thanks! for the compliment and thanks for asking such ingenious questions.

For the bug bounty, we will be working with individual projects . The community only decides on category to spend the community treasury on i.e Proposals like bug bounty, filling lawsuits, e.t.c will be submitted. Any proposal that passed will be considered i.e in the case of bug bounty, the community treasury will be used and also partnering with an individual project (as you rightly said) that looks to strengthening their security through means like Bug bounty and also promote the project. This said project will be reviewed properly as well by the community team in charge… as partnering with scam project will definitely defeat the whole purpose of the community.
Thanks!

More reason why this project should be at the fore front of web3 communities

Very interesting but it seems very complicated

It is a promising project and definitely it is worth the contributions and effort
Because security has to be first if not regardless of how enticing any platform will be if it is not safe nobody will invest their hard earned money

Yeah really important

I once had an Idea similar to this, glad someone finally thought about this too. It seems a bit complex, but that doesn’t mean it is not achievable.
