Thank you for sharing the steps you have taken to meet compliance guidelines and regulations.

Can you provide any information on the testing and validation processes you have undergone to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the anonymization scripts and DICOM server?

Thank you so much for your feedback, thoughts and questions. Appreciate it.

We have tested and valiated the accuracy and reliability of the anonmymization scripts and DICOM server with diagnostic organizations focusing on the following modalities: X Rays, CT Scan and MRI data.

We have also tried the scripts on dicom data available in open source and provided by hospitals and radiology labs. Our scripts both for anonymization and dicom server have been used in hospitals and medical colleges. We even conducted a workshop on the scripts and DICOM server usage at Rajshri medical college and hospital in Uttar Pradesh, India at an IIC conference.

On the same note, wish to share that DICOM data management is a regulatory procedure, with different guidelines and requirements set up by medical councils like NHS, NIH. We have served an NHS hospital in collaboration with a diagnostic organization, who looked after all the regulatory aspects. Wish to share that our subject matter expertise lies on the engineering and platform development front and we are actively collaborating with organizations, who can look after the regulatory, legal and compliance aspects.

Thank you so much for the encouragement and kind wishes. Appreciate it.

What other potential partners or collaborators are you currently considering for future development of the EMTTR platform?

Thank you so much for your feedback and encouragement. Appreciate it.

Wish to share that we plan to approach Microsoft’s Github division for collaboration with their Github Copilot program. This would very much enable scaling as developers building on EMTTR would be able to customize and scale the medical dev stack to meet their respective needs of countries. We are looking forward for Tron builders and devs to enable internationalization of our open source tooling and stack.

On the same note, we also plan to partner with AWS’s Code Whisperer initiative to facilitate citizen developers and builders to build low code/no code DAO tooling using Tron’s BTTC blockchain to meet their respective community needs.

Such a nice initiative and welcome back to season 4.

I read patients selected for these clinical trials will be given some incentives. I would like to know, what form of incentive will be given to these patients, will it be monetary or free drugs?

Thank you so much for asking this question. Appreciate it.

We have arrived at the following incentive structures at this juncture:

  1. Reward points or redeemable tokens on successful submission of Medical data on mainnet. We are also focusing on the development of open data science tools that enable us to prevent fraud and audit on medical data submissions at scale.

  2. Zero or no gas (transaction) fees for patients and volunteers, who submit data.

We would develop a dapp module that would enable citizen developers or builders to customize and develop such incentives programs in their respective communities. Incentives work very differently in different communities and we would like low code/no code citizen developers to easily build projects using the open source + wiki spreadsheet platform available for internationalizing or localizing the incentives.

We welcome ideas from developers at this juncture. A good place for them to start is to create a data DAO for DICOM data specific to their communities.
