EMTTR: Electronic Medicine Trial and Test Records as a Service for Secure, Transparent Drug Testing Pipeline

That is quite insightful. And i like it when u say medical datas of volunteers will be checked for authenticity. In Ghana people have medical records that are forged out of thin air.

But incase of unforeseen accidents in some of these test trials as we already know some drugs have some adverse effects that can be very catastrophic.

How are families going to be notified and compensated as such.

Thank you so much for your encouragement and questions. Appreciate it.

Wish to share that the medicine testing and trial services is a module between pharma companies and contract research organizations. At this juncture, we are focusing on medicine trial, testing and development of generic medicines (Generic drug - Wikipedia), homeopathy medicines (Homeopathy (journal) - Wikipedia), ayurvedic medicines ( Ayurveda - Wikipedia and Ayurveda | Johns Hopkins Medicine), naturopathy medicines (Naturopathy - Wikipedia).

Homeopathy medicines, ayurvedic medicines and naturopathy are widely used for both early stage detection and prevention of diseases and remediation/cure from diseases. They do not have any side effects and they have well defined trial and testing pipeline. However, they are not widely known or used as they take much longer time in curing a disease.

We are enabling developers to develop a secure and transparent medicine testing pipeline with a focus on the above kind of medicines at this juncture.

Moving to mainstream medicines (discovery and development) will require extensive partnerships with companies developing asset management and work order pipeline in pharma companies. At this juncture, we are trying to collaborate with SAP, who provide such type of solutions to companies like Roche (Roche - Wikipedia). Blockchain adoption in mainstream pharma companies will take considerable time and will happen in certain testing and development pipelines.

On the same note, we are also focusing towards developing modules and scripts for early stage detection and prevention of diseases. Sharing journal papers co-authored by us with collaborators that you might find interesting and productive:

As someone with a long history with the hospital, I can easily say that you seem like a groundbreaking project. I hope you will contact different voluntary health organizations or directly with official institutions, establish your cooperation and expand your field.

Thank you so much for the encouragement and kind wishes. Appreciate your pointers and feedback. We will definitely connect with different voluntary health organizations as we scale the initiative. We are directly collaborating with advisers from official institutions and we look forward to scaling the initiative utilizing the strengths of Tron’s BTTC blockchain and Web3 eco-system tools. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for your feedback and pointers. Appreciate it. Definitely, we wish to focus on developing the following use-cases in the next 3 quarters:

  1. Appointment management: We wish to enable patients to make instant appointments with a doctor and get quick access to e-records using bulk query and retrieve via Orthanc PACS, BTFS.
  2. Record management on Tron’s BTTC blockchain: We wish to utilize the prescription of incorrect medicines by having a good decentralized record management storage on Tron’s BTTC blockchain.
  3. Collaboration with De-Science projects: We wish to collaborate, learn and even merge with other eco-system projects if that helps the community and medical research eco-system. DeScience community projects are a great place for us to learn, educate and improve our technical solution. Great community indeed and we are looking for technical solutions for ZK proof systems, sharding, soul bonding ID and even integrating with proxy re-encryption solutions.

Finally, wish to share that Watson analytics solution by IBM was indeed an interesting and insightful initiative. NLP, image processing has indeed evolved tremendously and very quickly in the last year, which enables us to make personalized medicine more affordable and accessible. Decentralization + AI along with automation provides a very neat opportunity towards improving healthcare and medicine. We hope to make a significant contribution in this direction too.

I was very happy to see a health-related project on the platform. Good luck!
