Well the marketplace concept turns around peer to peer deals, so the workflow ends when the buyer confirms the reception of the exact item he bought. You could open a dispute if the item didn’t arrive, is broken or isn’t the same one of the publication, but taste isn’t something that could be considered as a feasible reason to open a dispute.
