I think the presentation of the project was really important to the judges, as it should be. However, some of the winners’ websites don’t even work! It is what it is; every developer did their best, so props to the winners.
Only presentation ? See the presentation of that quiz game who won third prize in judges category , anyone can code that game in 30 minutes.

In artistry track i really doubt how the complete and innovative projects didnt even win any prize like miniMeme by @Techtek Glass by @snarky and Eznft? Instead they have given prizes to bookstore and quizGame.

Yeah judges result have been highly controversial. Many members have suggested to keep judges score open. Maybe in the future hackaTRONs. But it is what it is. Keep building you can still win from the bonus prizes.
