Congratulations to all the winners
S7 is not yet a wrap though
There are still some prizes to win which includes
Engagement Prize
Ecosystem Inclusivity Prize and
Determination Prize
I believe this is not a do or die affair, just a friendly competition to bring dedicated builders to Tron ecosystem,
season 7 is not the end of the road , the future has alots to offer :muscle:

For the winners, the community is here to help/support in any way to make sure your projects gets working, together we make Tron great

How does it matter if a admin is also a judge? Cant a admin be qualified for the judge? Every season judges results have been controversial. Nothing new. You can say in past season it was good according to you. But it is a subjective matte. Just keep building if you are in to innovate on TRON/BTTC and you will be rewarded for sure. Good luck !

@admin.hackathon can you pin the hackathon winners topic? Right now since we can’t comment it just goes lower and lower in the section. Thanks :pray:t2:

Congratulations to all the winners!:fire:

I am 100% for this although the last minute votes rush is a real problem it seems like even with hidden votes there are still bots voting(although we know most of them have been removed) I think the community has a bigger overview and can report multiple events if is the case and being all in plain sign might help the community spot and help and say it out loud! We know that community can become a bit more vocal than it should be :upside_down_face:! This also seems to have a better impact as the transparency is really helpfull!

I would also 4x the number of the Community Contributor Prize! I think that overall if members who are not coders/developers have a bigger incentive to be active. I think 500 USD is fair but I would personally prefer to increase the number of users from 10 to maybe
, I think 40 would be a number where members will become more active and will not be such a high cost (from 5k to 20k) - I also mention that I agree with lowering the winner’s prize so that can be done and will also have a smoother experience in voting! Of course that is my feedback I know you guys have a better overall!

Thanks  a lot TRON organizators for this amazing competition  (we know that you guys worked even more than any competitor to make this hackathon amazing)

I went to bed early thinking the announcement was postponed, but I was surprised this morning. I sincerely congratulate all the teams. I hope it turned out the way you wanted.

I would also like to congratulate my friends who kept their activity high on the forum and tried to help everyone: @Prince-Onscolo @Youngyuppie @HODL @maaz @fabsltsa @Gordian @Nweke-nature1.com @Chukseucharia @ines_valerie
I wish you much better days. I would like to be with you again until Season 8 and in Season 8.

@SimbadMarino no need to say more, you did an awesome job both inside and outside the forum. Thanks to all :hearts:

Yes I do understand this, but there should be some mechanism where in the judges/or the Tron team should let the projects know about what they think about the project or share there feedbacks/scores. This will help the teams understand whether there seems any potential in the project or not.
Like in our case, we are not sure, whether the Tron team really thinks that our project can be useful to the overall ecosystem or not, Or if our project is missing some critical features as per them. Otherwise even if we keep building this, we won’t be considered for any remaining prizes as well.

What we are looking for is only a direct feedback, thats all.

You can always reach out to the team directly on private message or tag them in your submission. They mostly provide feedbacks.

I’ve been asking for this since season one but seems like hackathon platforms don’t have mechanism for judges to provide a feedback unfortunately. I do think that the feedback from web3 professionals can be as valuable as a prize in $$$.

True. Judges feedbacks would be very helpful so set things in the right direction.

It doesn’t hurt as much not winning as it does seeing outdated or basic projects take the top spots in the judges prizes. We’ll come back even stronger in season 8. @JustAuth

Admins shouldn’t serve as judges. If they do, we’ll likely see projects like CalorieCoin and MatchSystem winning every time. This is a hackathon, not an accelerator program by Tron DAO. Older projects should be in the builder category, not Web3. They’re taking away chances for new projects to win.

Correct me if i’m wrong we are a community we should raise our voice

Admins are not judges. The list of the judges is public.

They are! See the last one there is written “tron ecosystem devs”

1/6 judge is TronEcoDev (not too sure who that is exactly). It’s not like admins can decide who wins who loses. The vote is made through DevPost.

what do you think on this @fabsltsa

Well I think that projects that come back with the same product have to go to the builder track first of all. Since that category exists and those projects are supposed to be there, there shouldn’t be an exception. I guess it was a lack of vigilance, not a malicious conspiration.

I like the idea of accelerator for previous winners and talked about it on other topics.

Quite frankly I think the metrics for judgement is kinda surprising this season but I can’t say nothing so I don’t get termed as being salty or petty.
