Hello @Anderson . We are using EIP-712 signatures for the security. All the signature are verified on chain before the transfers. ![]()

Good job, HandShakers team
The mutual consent model brings a much-needed layer of security to token transfers. I’m particularly impressed by your integration of EIP-712 for transaction clarity—this is crucial for user confidence.
Not as of now @ines_valerie . We should consider adding it. Thanks for pointing it ![]()

I really like the HandShake Protocol’s focus on mutual consent and double confirmation for token transfers; it adds a crucial layer of security that users will appreciate.
Hello team HandShake this is a great feature but I have this questions for clarity;
- Can you walk me through on how this feature will be set by the sender of the token
- Will the receiver be notified that the gass-fee is being shifted their end?
- In a situation where the receiver reject the gass-fee shift to their end, what will happen to the execution of the transaction?
Hello @Chizz. Let me answer all your questions:
- You will need to select the “Send Token” tab and then load the token you want to transfer with sponsored. You need to check the box, and then one video will be shown to you. After watching the video, you can sign that transaction.
Note: You will need to hold a token that has the permit functionality. For demonstration purposes, we have created the SHK token. If you want those tokens, please provide your wallet address, and I will send them to you for testing. - The receiver can see those transaction in the “Queue” tab and if they wish to execute it they can.
- If the receiver doesn’t want to pay for the gas then it will be paid and executed by the sponsor who’s video was watched at the time of signing the transaction
-
Ok from whose end will the sponsored video be shown. The sender, receiver, or both of them?
-
When viewing the transaction in the "Queue, will there be an indication that they were set to pay the gas fee?
- Can you clarify this for me please. Does it mean that it’s not all token that have the functionality of its gas fees be paid through sponsored ads?
- The sponsored video will be shown from the sender’s side.
- Yes, there will be an indication in the “Queue” that they were set to pay the gas fee.
- That’s correct. Not all ERC-20 tokens have the functionality to pay gas fees through sponsored ads. This feature is based on the ERC-2612 standard, which introduced the permit functionality in 2020. Older ERC-20 tokens, created before this standard was adopted, may not be compatible.
feel free to ask if you have any more question would love to answer!!
also do try out the live link live . Your feedbacks will help us improve more
I would love to see this over the TRON network it makes more sense for me the gasless part!
Could I ask how many users do you guys have? What was the marketing strategy to attract new users? (I am asking that due to your team being one of the winners 1 spot)
Ok thank you for clarifying this and I will like more clarification on;
- For the tokens with functionality for gas fee to be paid for through sponsored ads, how will you ensure steady availability of ads for users who would want to make use of that feature?
- For brands that paid for a sponsored ads in your platform, how long will it take for their ads to be due for a renew or termination of ads?
