Project Overview
Project Goal:
→ We created OnChainVision dapp, the first mobile dApp that connects using deep link, and we plan to add new features such as premises payment, meaning Nearby Payments using the NFC and Bluetooth technologies.
→ We show that multiple communities on TRON could use a fast deployment of a mobile dApp, but the time to build an app is enormous and will take a specialized tech department. For that and to disrupt the way we build dApps, we want to build OnChainVision Factory, a desktop website that will allow any community to build their own mobile dApp using a no-code platform to generate mobile dApps on TRON. We will provide from scratch:
- possibility to connect with multiple wallets
- Trigger any smart contract
- Create your own logic of execution
- Use of Gasless transaction if the owner wants that through a GASLESS Node or built-in through OnChainVision servers
- … much more (such as Nearby Payments, Analyses of a token supply, token liquidity,…)
→ GASLESS NODE - As probably many of you are aware of the new GASLESS accounts, we want to create a NODE that will allow any transaction that is made by that node and broadcasted to the network to be free of charge for regular accounts, you could use your normal wallet no need for a gasfree wallet. We do that by using the TRON network features, meaning using resources (bandwidth & energy) by delegation the energy and bandwidth needed before broadcasting the transaction (see Technical details GASLESS transaction).
Unique Value Proposition: All our efforts have been put in bringing WEB3 to mobile platforms, and we still work toward that goal.

→ 50% mobile dApp features: Nearby Pay We read and wrote to the NFC tags we have some
→ 75% on ATOMIC transaction: we successfully tested the prototype, and all the tests were successful. We need to move the logic to the server part and make some improvements on undelegation on failure scenarios, but the progress has been amazing so far
→ 10% on OnChainVision FACTORY We explore exactly what exports we can make we want to focus on the react native so that all the dApp to be available on both the most used mobile platforms, meaning ANDROID and IOS

We have our own server with exposed APIs and you can find them at the following link
GASLESS TRANSACTION
Above, we can see an example that clearly shows that we basically have two delegations that offer the required energy and required bandwidth, and then we do the transaction without burning any TRX, and at the end, we undelegate after confirmation of the transfer transaction. We name this ATOMIC Transaction because all the delegation and the execution of transaction is done fast.
Breakdown of a normal transaction execution:
- dApp requests a transaction from the TRON node
- dApp sends the transaction to be signed to the wallet
- dApp receives sign transaction from the wallet
- dApp broadcasts the transaction to the TRON node
All of this must be done in 60 seconds according with the default value put on TRONGRID node.
Breakdown of an ATOMIC transaction:
We also estimate the energy and bandwidth required even before requesting the transaction using endpoints /estimateEnergy and we compute with the biggest value also the bandwidth required.
- dApp requests a transaction from the TRON node
- dApp sends the transaction to be signed to the wallet
- dApp receives sign transaction from the wallet
- dApp requests delegation of resources energy and bandwidth and waits for their confirmation (this takes about 4-5 seconds) as a block is produced every 3 seconds
- dApp broadcasts the transaction to the TRON node and will be FREE as it has all the required information.
All of this must be done in 60 seconds according to the default value put on the TRONGRID node, but the value can be changed if you have your own node!

Funding & Business Model

First and most importantly, we first need some staking amounts in order to have the ability to delegate and undelegate resources for multiple users. We will use the stake resources as a free transaction and as a way to set up the minimum required for the GASLESS NODEs and GASLESS transactions: 50,000 USD (around 2,000,000 energy that we plan to have in our wallet) around 200k per transactions this will allow 10 transactions simultaneously we stake at least 10,000 bandwidth (taking into consideration will receive rest from )
Apart from that, we hope that TRON DAO will help with energy and bandwidth prices as well, allowing us to boost our reserves up to 100 to 500 transactions per day, meaning at least 20m energy put to 100m energy - this can be increased over time by demand.
All the above resources will also be used as a marketing strategy, allowing users to do some free transactions as the Tron Community Bot does.
The advantage here in using our mobile dApp (and allocating resources over OnChainVision) is that users will be real like we won’t deal with bots as most of the transactions over Sunswap are right now. How do we ensure that they are real? Well, we check the device that sends the request along with the IP and the address and make all of these 3 in a unique user. How will abuse/bots be prevented? Well each user will have a limited amount of uses per month so basically over 1 month we have 100 transaction *
30 days around 3k transactions that will mean that the app will support around 1000 users with 3 free transactions per month.

Server costs: We currently have our own server(small one) over Google Cloud and with last HackaTRON winners we have the costs covered by December. The server is around 100 USD and we will need support up until December 2027 around 3K USD
We would love to also create multiple TRON NODEs on premises to allow the GASLESS nodes with more flexibility. We plan to buy refurbished servers as they are cheaper and plan to have more. (The cloud server is not an option as we saw that it is a huge cost due to 4 TB storage needed for a TRON Node)
We would love to have around up to 10 servers on a rack with the required specifications:

CPU with 16+ cores(32+ cores for a super representative)
32GB+ RAM(64GB+ for a super representative)

A refurbished one goes around 5k USD as we will buy 10. I think that will be a real cost and we will also have maintenance cost up until December 2027 around 25k USD.

Development costs: Currently, we have only one development engineer we would love to expand to at least 3 to add a designer and a second blackened Engineer on the team. Usually, a good engineer with experience/seniority is around 100k USD with taxes included. They might vary, but the cost will be around that. Of course in order to reduce the price we will delegate some parts of the projects to be done rather than full-time employee. The effort consume especially for the OnChainVison Factory will be quite high as this is ambitious projects. A hardcode estimation for this costs is around 300k, this is an optimistic scenario but one we could work with.

Marketing costs: A good product attracts users, but as all of us know the coca cola case we need some kick-off in order to have a parabolic growth in users. For that, we organize competition prizes for implications, Growth and referral costs. Plus deduction in TRON network fees.

This sum is a hardcode estimation, and we could work with it in batches, although we would appreciate the Energy and Bandwidth resources to be delegated in the first batch to allow us time to develop meanwhile.
Revenue Model:
- The GASLESS/ATOMIC transaction plan is to allow all the users top transfer tokens without TRX by paying 5 USDT/transfer (our estimation price)
- The GASLESS node will have 2 fees one will be the service fee and one will be the rent energy cost, users could choose to use our gasless node only by paying the service fee and by providing an account with multisign with delegation or undelegation rights or they could use based on our incorporated system and pay also for the resources provided (they will pay only what they consume)
- We plan for all the transactions when we have a big enough database to negotiate with energy providers so that from all the transactions made through our dApp(also all the dApps by FACTORY) to receive a portion of that price
- For the ONCHAINVISION dApp exporting mobile package will cost around 10,000 USDT per app exported we plan to lower this cost but the platform fee will be around that. That is the cost of exporting the app, the user will only need to create the PlayStore/AppStore accounts and be done.

Preferred Collaboration Method:
Our plan is quite ambitious, and we plan to be one pioneer in developing over TRON network. we want the support of TRON DAO to allow as to start up to the point where we are totally independent. We want the support for 2 years up until December 2027 when we plan to release our own token backed by the revenue produced called $DEEPL, and powered by Layer0 as an omnichain token to govern the OnChainVision Ecosystem.

The timeline is influence also by how the funding will go as we plan to do the system regardless of the funding but obviously will help to have the potential to work full time rather than as a hobby (as per now)

It is impressive to look back and realize that almost 3 years have gone by and we made an astonishing project come to life plan to go to fully community vision that we have. Most of the experts say that if you reach the 5-year mark with a product/service, it means you have a fully grown product/service
In 2025, we plan to ease all the operations on TRON for users over our mobile dApp and website as well and prepare for a nice launch. We envision over 2026 exponential growth in our ecosystem as all the right reasons will be in place.
In December 2027, we plan to have a large enough database that will basically put us in the right place to launch the most important omnichain coin $DEEPL, which will power the ecosystem and will govern it.
In 2028, we want a smooth transition to a DAO Ecosystem that will disrupt the mobile WEB3 platforms.
By 2029, we are the first dApp that started the mobile WEB3 revolution back in the DAYS powered by the best network TRON
