Hey @constantinpricope201. Yes, we are also planning to move to TRON because all potential users are there only. Not only the gasless part, but we think it also makes much sense in solving the issue of sending funds to the wrong address. This also has a good use case for investors sending huge amounts to fund some projects. So with the double confirmation, it will make it more reliable.
I will be very transparent with you. We don’t have many users on the platform. I have few dev friends who uses it. I believe this is due to a lack of marketing, and also, a product like this needs to gain more trust because people cannot easily trust a platform with their funds. As a developer, you can go see the contract and technicalities and trust it, but as a user, I think it is difficult. The mistake we made in the last season was not focusing on marketing. We thought that winning 1st prize in the forum would bring us customers. Also, another mistake from our side was not presenting the project during the demo week that happened just after the winner announcement. We could have attracted a potential investor to boost our project. This season, we will make sure to take care of all these things.
@chizz, I love how you are taking an interest in the project and digging deeper.
We will continuously collaborate with different platforms that want to market, and we believe there will always be a steady availability of these kinds of marketers.
The ads will be charged based on the number of views. For example, if the marketers choose to show their ads 100 times, the platform will charge the fees required for 100 transactions. Once the views are reached, the ads will no longer be shown.
Thanks for pointing this out! We will add a feature to notify sponsors when they are running low on funds.
Ok I see you have opted for a pay per view mode of ads and I believe it’s the best model for both parties. And coming back to the sender shifting gas fee to the receiver’s end, in situation where the receiver refused to accept paying for the gas fee, how do you inform the sender that the receiver has rejected to cover payment of the gas fee for that particular transaction?
Ok that means the Queue tab can be use by both the receiver to view transactions that the sender shift gas fee to them, and the sender to view the receiver’s response to the payment of gas fee shifted to their end. Is this correct?
Welcome back team ! I wondering you said you are expecting to attract investors in demo week. What happens if you are not able to attract potential investors? Do you plan to use any of the prize money for some marketing? Good luck !
Thank you. This time we have planned it that way only. We will be using the prize for marketing. Without that our product ain’t growing. We have realized hackathon just gives a boost but for the long run we have planned this time for marketing and auditing our smart contracts to increase trust amongst the user and onboard them.
Thanks everyone for believing again in Handshake.
We got the prize in community and judging both. This will really help us boost the project and build new features around it. Thanks everyone who voted.
If you’d like an NFT, we’re happy to transfer one to you on Mainnet. Simply paste your address here and we’ll initiate a transaction. Once you approve, the NFT will be sent to you. Note : you don’t need to pay any gas, just do an EIP-712 signature.
This also helps us ensure everything is running smoothly on Mainnet, so your participation means a lot!
