With all sincerity am truly sorry to hear that you got hacked and lost your money.
Indeed is a terrible feeling. I’m here to help and support you. I can’t get your money back directly, but I can guide you on what to do next.

Please do these things to try to fix the situation.

  • Tell the TRON Foundation’s security team what happened.

  • Let the SunPump Airdrop team know that their app was copied and used to hack you.

  • Make new, strong passwords and add extra security to your new account.

  • Think about telling the authorities, like the FTC or your local police, about what happened.

Remember, you’re not alone, and we’re here to help.
If you need more help or guidance, just ask cus this platform we stand by each other.

Sorry about that mate.

It can seem that way use Dapps you trust… what advice are you looking for?

I am very sorry this happened to you…I think your idea of wallets that notify users of risks and clarify what actions will be taken upon signing a transaction are a good idea.

If only there was a means to build a software that will stop hackers from stealing from people

Most crypto hacks are just social engineering. Social engineering can only be fixed if you fix human behavior and knowledge.

The most common crypto hack is probably signing a transaction or giving approvals to a smart contract (dapp) that you shouldn’t be interacting with. (Airdrops or websites that look like the legit website)

I think the best way to mitigate crypto hacks would be to create somehow a mini-wallet that will handle maybe a max $$ amount and then have a secondary wallet with your large sums.

That way if your mini-wallet gets hacked then you lose a small amount and have to re-make a new one but you don’t lose your big sum.

This is similar to debit limits from a bank where people can only withdraw $100 per day or something.
