DO YOU SEE ROADMAP ESSENTIAL TO PROJECT SUCCESS??

Do you consider having a Roadmap as a measure of success and indication of seriousness of projects?

What happens if the team is not able to deliver the output based on the Roadmap timeline?

My tron Dao people,
As we know , we will soon have some numbers of project registering for Tron Hackathon session 4.

Do we see roadmap of these project a vital tools for project???

For me:- ROADMAP IS JUST PLANNING TOOLS
BUT DOESN’T GUARANTEE PROJECT SUCCESS.

HOW ABOUT YOU GUYS???

I am saying this because, following these roadmaps is a problem to many projects. Some too will follow but not meeting the deadline or the stated date

Yes brother.
Most project done work in accordance to it’s roadmap, due to one or other reasons
Example financial issues,
Developing issues.

For me the roadmap can be adjusted and be modified ( not a crime to do so).

BUT THEY ARE SOME PROJECT THAT THE ROADMAP IS JUST THERE AS MISSION STATEMENT…
NOTHING LIKE FOLLOW UPS

WHITEPAPER or roadmaps

Are just template that are meant to be followed by completing a milestone at a time.

But it not a guarantee to project success
