I have bought 2.5m energy for 3 days from tronsave.io yesterday, but till now just 1m arrived partially. At the time of purchase I am sure the energy was suppliable. 1 day passed and 1m energy is useless for me right now.
I have also checked their twitter, sadly hundred users only. Msg them, tagged them, no response…

Therefore, when there is any energy that satisfies the price you offer, it will be matched immediately. In your case, you need to use 2.5m at a time, you must not accept partial matching. At the moment, the demand is too high, so there is not much free energy and the price you placed is not higher than other orders, so it is not prioritized.
I understand but there has to be multiple warnings then, the energy total 2.5 million is getting useless for me. At the moment of this writing 2 full days passed just 1m arrived.

If I bought from 55 SUN (which is 2 days before) and if the First in first out strcutre obeyed then this 115,729 energy must be delegated to me?
I check your platform time to time and I see there are 55 SUN in the order book many times even small or big. These have to be captured by my order, which is 2 days ago triggered?
In a few hours, my 3 day / 2.5m energy rental will start to melt down. Just 1m arrived till now in multiple parties… I could not use the service, and was completely dissatisfied.

If you dont need that you can cancel it anytime. And let checking market condition before place order. We cant make sure all order can fullfill when demand so high and have lot another order with higher price.
Our left ~1.5m arrived at day 4. So basically, the service delivered 2.5m Energy as promised.
But;
Since we needed that energy in full format, we bought another 1.1 million within the process.
Overall, the service is not a scam but need to be built on more clear terms while buying.
My suggestion is that;
The page should warn multiple times that the energy that is requested may not arrive within the timeframe that the user requested,
I have not changed the SUN while buying, so the page suggested the SUN price. And you may raise a bit the SUN price on the fly; which ensures the user has more possibility to get the enery asap.
