Hello Team,
Congratulations on securing the first place in the Voting round.
Based on your milestone description, I could not get what part you created during this hackathon.
Also, I am afraid after seeing you forgot to mention your GitHub URL and smart contract links which were basic submission requirements that can impact your judging round. Kindly mention that before the Judging round ends as I can see the project has good scope to win there also.
All the best for your next steps and for the result.
Everything has been built during the hackathon and weâve delivered it just before the end of the submission period.
Smart contracts doesnât apply here and GitHub wasnât compulsory.
Have a great day!
Thanks for replying,
However, I did not get it, are you saying you did not use a smart contract for your project?
Also, these are the rules posted on HackerEarth in which the 8th is about your code repository,
I thought these were the mandatory requirements.
Anyway, I was hoping an experienced team like you would obviously not miss things like this.
Have a great day!
Iâve seen it but repository was not among the list of compulsory info to provide. If it was we would have been disqualified before the vote already
About the smart contract, if you look at the rules on the forum, youâll see this:
âFor projects involving smart contract(s)â, which means that not all the projects involve smart contract(s) creation.
Then on HackerEarth youâll see:
Indeed, the goal of the Hackathon (that is my own interpretation based on those rules) is not for devs to showcase their incredible skills in smart contract creation, but rather for teams to showcase their ability to solve Tron users issues and help Tron to grow and be a part of mass adoption.
If you look at some of the competitors like JustMoney Invoice, NRG Wallet and TronEnergize energy marketplace, they donât imply contract creation. But all are interacting with Tron a way or an other and all are addressing specific issues or challenges web2 users/startups are facing while transiting to web3.
Last screenshot, here is what teams can see when the post their entries on the forum:
So now you now what I meant by ânot applicableâ
I think that every project must interact with or contribute to TRON/BTTC or a smartcontract on TRON/BTTC in some kind of way. But the project doesnât necessarily need to be the owner of a smartcontract and not every product needs to have its own smartcontract.
The Justmoney Invoice Dapp uses the JM pay smartcontract to pay the invoices:
TSz6AASx3fP5WCvYDp6DtqkZ5a5WvEdd4C
The invoicing Dapp generates fee which wil be used to buy back and burn JM tokens. The smartcontract for JM tokens on Tron is:
TVHH59uHVpHzLDMFFpUgCx2dNAQqCzPhcR
With these two existing smartcontracts the JM invoice Dapp contributes to and interact with the Tron blockchain.
However the relation between the product and the blockchain couldâve been better described. This counts for all applications of the Hackatron s5 in my opinion. Hope this post helps you to understand the context.
Thanks for the detailed answer.
As I said I know an experienced team like you will not make such a mistake, I was looking into your project and checking how its flow in the backend is working for some inspiration and did not find your repo. And these rules I have seen earlier so I thought it might affect but glad that is not the case.
Again all the best for the result .
As the HackaTron is evolving season after season you might find some contradictory/unclear information but rest assured we always play by the rules
Thanks for the support!
Archiving invoices is now available. That was our milestone.
We remain open to all suggestions so if you have any idea that could improve the product donât hesitate to share here or in our telegram group
Congratulations keep building
congratulations
All the best
Thanks guys. Good to see youâre still around daily but donât hesitate to take a break The hackathon was long this season.
Congratulations man,.
Lols, you mean break?
Maybe long break too.
i like this project, congratulations well done. itâs brilliant idea. if you do good marketing there is great potential in it.
First i thought it would be better to make it standalone product by seperating from Swap project. But my second thought tells me maybe itâs not necessary to seperate, perhaps future crypto payment solutions will include swaps integrated into them. So, it make sense to have such kind of feature as payment solution in the scope JustMoney.
Considering crypto payment solution, you can extend such kind of products over JustMoney to become a complete payment solution project. In such case, supporting swap project with bunch of payment solution features, it would really help to improve your userbase and put yourself unique position in the crypto space.
so, i vote for it. well done again, by the way am adding my first comment on to your project in hackatronâŠ
hehehehehe break? when you see me active here that means I am on break lol
No break time over here,
All round the clock ⊠pumping just like the heart.
Maybe light break⊠lols
Aaah But that also asks lot of energy, especially during hackathon.
(Also Iâm glad the forum isnât web3 cause it would cost tron energy and bandwidth as well )
hehehe thatâs true, currently you need just a little energy to be here.
I pass through when I am not busy, tab is open until I close
