Very cool! Good luck on your submission. We would love to join the MEGATEAM
Welcome to the tbl, sorry me because it is like I am getting something wrong but you did not add any amount figures to your funding request, thank you
Thanks for your reply, makes it a bit clearer.
Pardon me if I’m moving too fast, but on this particular part of your reply, do you mind stating atleast one simple revenue idea you’d add first if needed?
This is nice initiative though👍, welcome to TBL , looking forward to how it plays out
alright that’s how we live it here, good to adapt
Sure, Sponsor Listing Fees, Talent Hiring Finder Fees, Featured Project placement (advertisement fees) Premium Analytics API access fees to name a few.
Also, as a DAO, we could perhaps have a staking mechanism and have the MEGATEAM DAO earn APY using the fundamentals of the energy bandwidth models we are all familiar with.
That’s correct. We will need to seek quotes from developers to have accurate funding requests.
There is three routes we can go:
1.) Profit-Driven Model (“Earn or Expire”)
2.) Ecosystem-Impact Model (“Public Good”)
3.) Hybrid Phased Model (“Grow → Sustain”)
This is a conversation for the community, glad you are here
This is exactly the kind of bold, infrastructure level thinking the TRON ecosystem needs. A unified portal for talent activation, capital distribution, and milestone based funding can truly supercharge innovation across the board globally and onboard the next 1billion users in TRON.
It’s long because the Portal and DAO is ambitious, technical, and we’d rather show the full blueprint than leave critical pieces vague. This way the community can be fully informed and weigh in.
Ok I have hear you thank you for you’re reply, if you’re choice will be option number 1 then what are the figures that we will be looking at
I want to be completely upfront:
- My lane is marketing, market research, organizational behavior, and systems design.
I’ve laid out the user flows, governance logic, and why a quest-and-review engine fills TRON’s biggest coordination gap. But I’m not the engineer who can lock down an exact development bill. - Why I posted the blueprint anyway
No one had proposed a concrete solution to let builders, reviewers, and sponsors transact seamlessly on-chain. So I drafted the architecture, the Guardian layer, and the human “MEGATEAM” squads that give it real-world reach. (See the attached proposal) - What’s missing
Solid cost validation. Until core TRON engineers or experienced devs weigh in, any dollar figure I give you would be guesswork. - What I’m asking for
- Guidance from TRONDAO or veteran TRON devs on typical audit, infra, and engineering costs for a project of this scale.
- Feedback on milestone structure—how to stage funding and security reviews so the DAO stays protected.
- Builders who want to co-spec the contract suite and review tooling—let’s scope it together.
- Why the economics still make sense
Once the portal attracts quests and contributors, sponsor fees and recruiting cuts can cover operations. But success isn’t just the platform; it’s the global squads of community leaders driving TRX adoption region by region.
So that’s the honest status: I’ve framed the solution, but we need the community’s engineering expertise to turn the vision into a grounded budget and build plan.
Appreciate any insights you—or TRONDAO—can share.
You clearly talked about finder’s fee here and it gets me wondering, if a company hires someone through MEGATEAM now for instance, who gets the finder fee? Would it be the DAO or the user?
The DAO would get the fee.
Ok, so how will the DAO track which contributor led to the hiring? Just curious
Ok and thank you for you’re reply I will share my own insight much later
In order to post a job on the Portal, the sponsor has to lock the finder fee in an escrow wallet.
A(Sponsor Connects Wallet) → B{Registry entry?}
B – No → C(Sponsor enters referral code)
C → D(Add mapping in FinderFeeRegistry)
B – Yes → E(Load referrer address, rate)
E → F(Escrow v2 locks bounty funds + fee slice)
F → G(Guardian approval cycle)
G → H{Bounty success?}
H – Yes → I(Payout builder) & J(Payout finder fee)
H – Fail/Refund → K(Fee slice returned to sponsor)
Hi!
I see your current progress is 1%, which in my opinion the perfect moment to look at the whole project and extract and land a thick borders MVP.
Not meaning the overall project is bad, just the opposite, but I feel it overly ambitious and vague, so having a MVP will help to see the machine and how it works. Just my opinion.
Did you look at the attached PDF at the top of this submission?
Hi, Yep, precisely my previous comment, I went through the entire document. Thanks!
