Following the complaint of fake votes made here, it’s right to say that:

1. We have a bot that will clean up every vote gotten in an unfairly manner

2. Some projects will be promoted up their position while some will be demoted down their position after all the votes have been sorted.

3. This hackathon is organised to hold in the mostly fairly order. So if you notice any foul play by any developer or project team leader, keep your sanity and not worry your pretty head out. Our bot will take good care of that.

Greetings, I was just counting the number of votes and people. But I just noticed something strange in some teams. For example, CarbonEx gets votes at certain hours from accounts that are only a few days old and is still going on.
For example, at this last hour;

votes came from their accounts. The accounts are very similar. No comments were taken from the accounts, the screen time was brought to 2 hours.

I have also identified a few such problems in other categories; such as builder and web3. I am reporting them all and I will share them with you.

Exactly bro but those joining the hackathon for the first time may not understand this and their fears and worries are in order. The projects that have participated in the hackathon in the previous ones are aware of this are they’re calm knowing that the bot will do its work after the voting before winners are announced

It does happens, the team will do the needful and eliminate all fake vote.
Remember the only official and acceptable vote is what is presented by @admin.hackathon.

Someone might be first today, but when the official votes are in, they will not be even part of the first three.

In season 3 a project was first but the final results placed him in the 5th or 6th place if my memory serves me right. Some too were disqualified outright. So its not over until it’s finally over.
