Great to be reading the project’s next steps and your answer to the questions of the community.
I have some thoughts about the NFT and the looks of it. Maybe some idea…
Will the NFTs be made by an artist from the region where the property is held?
This way you could make some sort of portfolio wall that could become some sort of art-collection. People could identify the region or landscape where the property is being held. Or could be representing things to do in the region when people are renting the object for example. This way the NFT could be used as a secondary marketing tool, generating extra exposure to the world… Or that a copy of the NFT gives access or discount to regional sightseeing or museums…
Just thinking out loud in this case. Eventually maybe even connect the physical world via web3 with the metaverse where there will be a digital property also and maybe generating additional passive income…

So I have 1 question: how will you handle oversubscritpion on 1st day of issue? Lets say the apartment is 500k and there is 600k worth of willing investment. Will you limit per wallet? or mc member?
