Workflow for Enhancing Supply Chain with BitLogix:

1. Registration:

• Begin by registering your business on the BitLogix platform as ‘Enterprise’, providing essential information such as your enterprise’s name, business details, and government-authorized identification. Similar procedure for Recipient.

2. Accessing the Platform:

• Upon successful registration, your business gains access to the BitLogix Dapp and smart contracts as ‘Enterprise’.

3. Creating Products:

• Add your products to the supply chain by creating entries for each one. This includes specifying a unique name, price, quantity, pickup place, and destination place. Notably, each product is associated with a Product Index stored in our Smart contract for automation of payment.

4. Smart Contract Utilization:

• BitLogix harnesses smart contracts to handle the financial aspects of your supply chain. When you create a product, a smart contract is initiated to automate payment upon confirmation of receipt of product by changing status to ‘Reached Destination place’, tracking, and fee collection.

5. Token Reward:

• We encourage your active participation by offering token rewards to registered businesses.

6. Recipient Confirmation:

• Upon arrival at the designated destination, the recipient confirms receipt of the product. This action triggers the smart contract to release payment to your business which is ‘Enterprise’.

7. Platform Fee Collection:

• BitLogix automatically collects a minimal platform fee (2%) from the transaction, which is used to maintain and enhance the platform.

8. NFTs to Reward person-in-charge of products for Quality assurance and compliance with laws:

• Enterprise can Reward person-in-charge by issuing their NFTs to maintain Quality control & ensure timely compliance of laws.

9. Quality Control and Rewards:

• Should you wish to maintain product quality, you can contact a designated “Person-in-Charge” or care-taker of the products.

10. Recipient Inventory Management:

• Recipients are provided with access to the platform, where they can efficiently manage their product inventory. Furthermore, they can place orders for new products, which are processed automatically.

11. Platform Documentation:

• For your convenience, BitLogix offers comprehensive user documentation within the Dapp in form of README. This resource assists businesses in seamlessly navigating the platform and making the most of its features.

12. Future Developments:

Thank you for sharing. I am reviewing this project based on the video, slides and a brief look at the website and code.

This project is putting up solutions for enterprise supply chain. I’m glad to see attention in this industry. I like how the this shows views from different participants in the transactions.

So far the delivery slips are limited in functionality. This can be improved by having multi-line sheets (which then can be verified by typing in all the quantities on the receipt log). These kinds of send-but-not-received problems were discussed specifically by FedEx. Source: Chain 76 — Pharmaceuticals, Supply Chain, Blockchain They were also looking into blockchain solutions to this specific problem to reduce shrinkage in transit.

Keep it up, I can see the fruits of a lot of work here.

Regarding NFTs that others send to you, you can see them directly in your wallet. We’ve designed BitLogix to seamlessly integrate with your wallet, making NFT management straightforward.

Additionally, to enhance transparency and ensure you’re notified when someone sends you an NFT, we’ll be implementing a notification system via our dashboard. This feature is especially important as it allows enterprises to reward the “Person in Charge,” who can be anyone from the recipient side.

We’re committed to continually improving our UI/UX and overall user experience. Your input is valuable, and we’re dedicated to making BitLogix even more user-friendly.
