There are final feature plans focused on Web3 projects, but our current priority is on enhancing the user experience (UX) first. We aim to transition users from their existing social habits on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to BuzzUp, allowing them to earn $BUZZ in the process.
The data guidelines will be aligned with the content’s source platform to ensure we comply with their respective policies. As a middleware platform, BuzzUp facilitates user engagement and allows them to earn $BUZZ through their activities, but we do not directly handle or manage user’s content data.
Data control will depend on the social platform from which users share their content. For example, if a user shares content from Twitter, their data control will follow Twitter’s privacy guidelines. Conversely, if they use Farcaster, their content may be stored on the blockchain, adhering to its regulations.
In scenarios where users share the same content across different platforms—like a private Twitter account and a public Farcaster account—the data will be recognized as public due to the content being shared on Farcaster although on twitter still be posted in privacy manner. We ensure that we do not violate any guidelines by respecting the privacy settings of each platform. Ultimately, data control resides with the users and their chosen social networks; BuzzUp merely acts as a social middleware!
Hey brother thanks for the support!
there’s a bit of gamification in the future and playable 3D character , but buzzup is focused on social platform first providing best social interaction and inviting more users joining
Oh okay that sounds good fam
Is it running on web currently or there’s a web application for it
Android and IOS version
soon it will be on Android + iOS version around mid october. it’s running on web currently on prototype but we’re still developing and changing the uiux.
So we are not fully ready yet, the uiux will be next level because we need to mix the contents from all platforms
Sounds really good fam amma use the web for now. Looking forward to having the best user experience
Thank you for taking your time in explaining
Thank you for your reply to me and I must say that this is very very interesting, please tell me as you are acting as middleware how are you planning to handle fighting that is relating to content ownership in a case where you’re users share content that should be private in the public on various platforms by mistake, thank you
Well, we can simply inform the user from the UI giving the warning action. Since system can detect which account is private and public, and also user can select which platforms they want to forward.
Thank you for you’re replying to me, this is truly a good one, I wish you success in the Hackathon
Thanks a lot for the support, we are eager to build something that benefits TRON and web3 as a whole
Thanks for your kind words, we are determined to make this app a success!
You are very much welcome
@liveyourdream Check this out!
Awesome thread info update @Beforefomo much detail, such success
Your strategy is well-structured as it it ensures users are comfortable with the platform. As you prioritize enhancing the user experience, how are you planning to gather feedback from your early users?
buzzup, how you doin? thanks for staying curious with our product.
Yes, We straight open the feedback form, and make it available in the UI. We want the feedback to be comfortable as well so we close in touch with our users. Users even will get $BUZZ if they are actively send feedback, and we will create forum. This will increase our relationship and grow them into community.
Also as we mentioned, we had street engagement where we can look user directly installing our apps later. We directly ask the feedback about their opinion of the UIUX.
We aren’t building buzzup for us, this app is for the users because we want them to enjoy and being comfortable in our platform and stay active there, Our goal to let users moving from multiple apps (twitter, youtube, ig, etc) into a single platfrom: BUZZUP⬆️
Offering $BUZZ for active feedback will likely increase engagement and incentivize users to provide more detailed insights, your approach of integrating feedback directly into the platform and creating a community-driven app is an excellent strategy for building user loyalty and refining BuzzUp based on real-time input.
As feedback is collected, especially in forums, how do you plan to protect user privacy and prevent the disclosure of sensitive information? Will there be anonymity options for users who may want to provide feedback without public attribution?
For forum feedback, we use 3rd party like reddit or discord or even tron-forum. So we don’t handle everything here. There’s no need for us to take care user privacy for tron-forum accounts or other platform. Also most likely forum or feedback won’t collect sensitive information too.
Leveraging third-party platforms like Reddit, Discord, or Tron-forum for forum feedback can help simplify things, especially when scaling and ensuring the quality of feedback.
As you reach your goal of 20,000 or even 500,000 users, how do you plan to scale your engagement on third-party platforms?
