The team has to be identified and followed on all platforms and make people aware of what they are up to.
If they can’t deliver on tron after winning something from tron hackathon, then they can’t build on any other blockchain.

Cash grabbers. After all the tough questions and good suggestions from top notch citizens they didn’t continue and we are still here saying we need more contributors to ask tough questions

Better things there to tackle we will never do that.
I always say we have more active daily users on tron but most are here for usdt. What are those dapps on tron doing to attract just 1% of these users? If you have something to do, that’s a place to tackle more. Get users for projects on tron. Build a community. Projects on tron do not even have up to 5000 users. Some do not even have 1000 holders.
Maybe we drag people away from our projects with the way we say things.

IMO TRON needs to start focusing on business that actually generates revenue. If Hackathon Projects don’t have a solid revenue generation or growth strategy then its as good as dead.
I think the judges should put more emphasis (weight) on the overall business of a project and if it is feasible on TRON. This goes for selecting judges that know about TRON.
Also, I think Hackathon organizers should focus more on TRON’s strengths, like having themes for stablecoin so that it can build out the best revenue-generating strengths of TRON.
Less focus on GameFi/NFTs unless it is on BitTorrent, so makes those tracks solely on BitTorrent Chain.
One major weakness of TRON especially for Dapps is marketing, so I initiatives around that from TRON DAO but also putting that into a theme for projects could be beneficial to a lot of people.
While TRON needs to focus on its strengths it also should focus on some of its weaknesses in the Hackathons.
Anyways, this is just my opinion.

I agree with that. But in the same time this is also BTTC Hackathon so I would add:
Judges should ideally take into account what project is built on which blockchain. For instance, GameFi has more chance to be sustainable on BTTC due to the EXTREMELY low cost transactions. dApps centered around stable coins would be a better match on Tron.

Yes, that is why I think the themes should focus on BitTorrent Only and TRON Only tracks.
But this might confuse devs.

Making much and clearer sense.
Marketing is another area where TRON could improve. Dapps on TRON are often not well-marketed, which limits their adoption.
TRON DAO could do more to promote Dapps on the platform.
I think @WindsOfChange92 WindsOfChange92 makes some good points about how TRON can improve its Hackathons.
By focusing on revenue generation, TRON can create more successful projects that contribute

Yh and most of the projects that are being presented are projects that doesnt have any business model at all.
I asked a project a question about the survival of that project in the long term. Cos it was as if they were looking for donations, but what if the donations don’t come, how do you generate revenue for the growth of the project.
The owner said “he thought i was old and then i should know better and not to bully them”
In the end people voted for this project and they got a community prize. A project that was dead on arrival.
There should be a pre judge phase where owners of projects are questioned about their business model you are talking about. We shouldn’t be happy more projects are signing up for season 5.
I will choose quality over quantity any day.

This is so disheartening/ disappointed for this act without any rigid explanation, this is high time the TronDao team and the community has to come with a red eyes to eliminate all these cash grabbers
