I guess there is some confusion with the new feature or I am understanding it wrong. Let me explain what is the new feature and how it works it may clear your doubts.
Suppose you have a birthday for someone special and you want to gift him/her a personalized song. You can request an artist to create a song with the song description(Your story) and the artist can complete it.
You can always set the budget for the song and we are adding chat support with the artist so you obviously can bargain with them for your request. Also if you are holding the NFT of the artist with the feature of discount you can also get the discount from it. Hope this clears your doubt.

I have been a fan of the UI and the innovation of the project from the start. And I see you have come back with some major features update. However, the most important difference is in finding that use case - atleast being more clear about it this seasonā¦

So currently what is the plan to onboard new artists?
Currently, we are planning to onboard local artists who are currently just performing in front of smaller audiences like cafes, It will help them to reach larger audiences and will help Classic Chords get an organic user base. As we move forward we are planning to onboard artists through the social media giveaway method.
I have been going through some projects in the builder track and this project really caught my attention.
It is an amazing combination of Visuals + Usability. Some of the other projects are either too focused on the UI or too focused on the functionality.
I liked that you are providing both. Artists in general have a tough time getting discovered. Such investments from the initial supporters can help them survive and also incentivise the fans for believing in the artists way before they become stars.

Great question! The smart contract will work as the Escrow contract so at the time of requesting the song you will be depositing the amount and as soon as you approve the work the smart contract will transfer the amount to an artist. For testing purposes, we have not kept the deposit part so you can test the functionality if you donāt have the faucet. Hope this clears your doubt.
