Thanks for the welcoming spirit
Flixe isn’t comparable to Facebook or X.com. Instead, it’s a cinematic platform reminiscent of Netflix, but with completely distinct features and functionalities that set it apart.
I’ve pretty much done with the backend part, and I’m currently focusing on the frontend and integration. If things go as planned, Flixe should be ready for a sneak peek by tomorrow evening or at the latest by the next day morning. Fingers crossed!
Thank you for sharing the early product snapshots. These glimpses into the Flix upload and edit page, the episode upload and edit page, and the Flix steam page are exciting to see. Here are my thoughts and insights based on the provided snapshots:
User-Friendly Interface: the interface appears clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, which is crucial for a platform where creators will be uploading and managing their content.
Sleek Design: the design appears sleek and modern, which can attract users and create a positive first impression. Aesthetically pleasing designs often enhance user engagement.
Visual Hierarchy: the use of contrasting colors and appropriate visual elements seems to establish a clear visual hierarchy, guiding users to focus on the most important aspects of the page.
Overall, the early product snapshots showcase a promising start, and it will be exciting to see how these aspects evolve as the platform progresses towards its final version. User testing and iterative design based on user feedback will be key in refining these features to ensure optimal usability and functionality.
Thanks for your insightful feedback, @manfred_jr !
I’ll definitely make adjustments to the UI based on this feedback. Post-release, the aim is to enhance the user experience by making it cleaner and more user-friendly.
The smart contracts are quite stable, and it won’t be long before it’s mainnet-ready, man, the front-end and error-handling are like a whole different game and are eating up a ton of time. Will try to launch on mainnet as soon as possible.
Your interest in this project is seriously the fuel that keeps me going. Thanks a ton for lighting up my day!

What will the platform do to utilize the funds collected by the billboard ad function? Will this amount be used to reinvest in the platform, given to users, etc.
Hi @adeel,
As of now I have plan to include a “Report” button for flagging, and community validators to check the claims.
Also have plans to add smart contracts based solution to sort out the revenue recovery if someone’s caught posting copyrighted stuff.
Hi @StevenTRON , there’s an upcoming feature down the road called “Critic Corner” This feature will allow recognized community members to review premium content, crowdfunding campaign validity, assess reported content. The funds collected from the billboard ad function will be used for rewarding these work of community members to keep things flowing.
This part of the content is still in the development phase.
As of now, the funds will simply be accumulated in the platform contract, and not much can be done other than withdrawing it.
