I think this is an issue that could be addressed by going trough all previous seasons, and find the common denominator (Maybe using AI) to improve the selection process?

How about the ones that were selected ? Do you know what percentage of the pre-selected are successful at delivering their promise?

For sure, bias is an universal state of mind ! I’m no immune to it, so yeah, I would say I actually don’t know for sure, could be. or not.
