Please don’t make such accusations, but if you have any evidence to back this claim, you can bring it up and those projects involved will be disqualified because it was stated in the hackathon post that vote buying is not allowed in this hackathon

You don’t need to warn anyone, if you want the hackathon to be as fair as the team would want, proceed with making a formal report, especially against those projects offering financial benefits to gain community’s votes. For a transparent hackathon process, everyone must work together to eliminate any bad actor/s from the process.

Without providing some sort of evidence, your claim will be treated as an accusation. That is why my colleague @Youngyuppie is asking you to provide some sort of proofs with your claim and then the needful will be done.

While making your report, screenshot (from Twitter) of the attempt to lure one into vote through the offer of financial benefit is enough evidence

As Sirluke reminded everybody here above, there are rules. And buying/exchanging votes are against the rules. To ensure a fair competition, if you have any evidence you can submit them to the team and they’ll take actions.

Good day man, please evidence would be better .
Note the ones with exchange in dollar.
Don’t mistake it for project creating awareness for the ongoing vote process in their group or social media handle.
Before voting a project here, check their value.
Don’t just vote because you told to or offer to.
If you Also worry about the bots, the admin will look into them

This evidence would’ve been sufficient, had it been the guy mentioned his project. But it will be somehow difficult to figure out which project he is participating with. Since you also have the names of those offering you 10 to 20 votes, we need to know them, so as for them to explain to us how they planned to manufacture those votes.
