ThanX for this excellent question. This is a valid concern and risk for us and here is how we will manage it:

When you shop at some partners where getting a refund is quite easy (Booking), you will receive the tokens in a âpendingâ state. Youâll already see it and it will be added to your balance, but you wonât be able to use it.

If you get a refund after you received tokens, we will deduct that cryptoback amount from your next purchase(s).

Weâll constantly monitor the activity and track the purchases and if we notice a user is constantly playing with shopping, getting a cryptoback, and making a refund, we will warn, and if the inappropriate use still continues then ban them from our platform.
So all in all, what you receive is already yours, but it wouldnât be worth it to play around.

We are glad you like the project 
We are targeting global well-known brands at the beginning because that is how we can serve a wide range of users.
However, we are focusing on local markets too, where we are onboarding big local brands that are only available in a specific country/region, for example Shop-Apotheke, the biggest online pharmacy in Germany.
Please write us about which brand you would like to see among our partners and we will try our best to onboard them if it aligns with our vision.
UPDATE time! Our DEMO Extension is live! 
We developed a demo version of our extension to showcase what we are constantly working on and for you to check it out!
Although this is not the final product yet as it was created for illustrational, informational and testing purposes, it already contains deep links that we are tracking, and you can already use it. More features will be added along the way and the design will get some boost as well. While you cannot collect tokens yet, this version already contains our partners and shows the future cashback rate, so you can support us by clicking on the brands and making a purchase.

Yes, you can do that e.g. at Booking, Travala, and actually in the last days we also onboarded a new partner, Iberia, which will soon be added to our website as well. Although, weâre tracking the purchases, weâre not yet able to give it back to our users, but we will use all this income to buyback our tokens at launch.
