They are making use of bitcoin lighting network. and all transactions are free no charges, so I do not know how this will work for tron but I know it is possible. I will talk to them about that. But many bitcoiners do not like altcoins and may not support the idea. So this has to be done by our team. but still we they can work together if only the team behind this is willing to do

  • Since the using lighting to enhance fast BTC transaction and no fees.
    What happens to BTC fees use to validate the blockchain or to minners?

  • How is service provider going be Have control over that… in the case where one country don’t permit that?

this is what I know, when using lighting it does not require miners. It is like offline thing but immediately you decide to send it to an onchain address thats where the miners come in and you will be charged. but lighting to lighting is free, works on a different network.
