I am following the last 2 seasons and what I wonder is that we removed/changed NFT category into artistry although there were always very creative projects in this category. For GameFi, yes it was being more ordinary and I get that they want to change it. But at the end of the story, NFT category is also gone because of it. Except this part, I am starting to enjoy season5. What do you guys think??

@Prince-Onscolo @Gordian yeap yeap I know that, that’s what I am trying to say. NFT was already giving wonderful ideas&projects. I just felt new category (artistry) will limit NFT since users will mix gamefi + nft + metaverse
Dunno maybe it’d be way to create more powerful project but I am still shocked

The idea is that, since most NFT projects has started integrating P2E system into their ecosystem, the TronDAO team now think it’s best to bring these two related tracks into one, to give space for the introduction of an extra track, the ai track, which I think is a perfect idea. If you have an NFT project to submit for the HackaTRON, you can go ahead and do so in the artistry category.

@Youngyuppie @antonio Now that I think about it again and read what you wrote, it started to make sense to me. It seems like I approached it with a bit of prejudice, as you said, this result will probably lead to much better things. Let’s wait and see.

By putting # before any track you wish to tag
I think the 2 previous seasons, the amount of gamefi participants was so low that a big % of them could get rewarded. The fusion of gamefi and nft tracks will boost the competition and projects will have to come up with more and more innovative ideas which should enhance the overall quality of the nft and gamefi fields
