I have known the @admin.hackathon and other host of TronDAO team to be community centric. So in this issue of Tronfusion winning the determination prize, the community has raised concerns on how the team neglected the rules of the hackathon which involved engaging with the community by providing answers to any question raised during the hackathon. I humbly request that you reconsider this particular decision and award the prize to a more deserving project. Leaving this issue untreated will only encourage/promote negligence in future hackathons which I know you will never like to happen. Please, let the said prize go to a more deserving project.

The guy tronfusion has no video no working demo just a lil crash post how the hell he can wiz the prize ? He didnt even answer the questions regarding the project plus we didnt know if he made the project in hackathon or not. lol

I would really appreciate on behalf of the OnChain Vision team if you could provide us with some feedback in regards to why the project has not met the criteria and how we can improve it. Maybe there is something we do not understand in regard to how the forum system score works.
We fully understand that is the forum’s decision to withdraw the runner-up spots if the projects do not meet a certain amount of perspective, work, and some common sense criteria.
But with regards to the technology used and the amount of improvements we consider that we had a huge gap compared to last season. I would like to mention that using Onchain Vision app that is available on PlayStore you can:

Determination Prize is a prize category earmarked for projects that showed extreme dedication all through the hackathon and going by the metrics you mentioned was considered for prize to be awarded, Tron Fusion has really been below par with keeping up with community engagements, feedback, etc and has low ratings by majority of forum members. Also, judging by the metrics for consideration, I’m pitching Dream Verser for 2nd place in that category, but irregardless we collectively respect the judges opinion.

With all due respect I really cannot understand the reasoning behind the decisions taken. There are 3 prizes that have not been assigned due to projects not meeting the minimum standards (that nobody knows). We have a special determination prize given to a project that did not even bother to answer a single question on the forum and yet apparently has met the minimum standards. We have other projects, like On Chain Vision, that actually worked to “significantly improve” their product, that established a valuable cooperation with many other community projects and … did not win anything.
We are at season 5 and still we see this kind of arbitrary decisions that are not supported by any logic evidence.
One final note: please remove BTTC from the Hackathon title. There are fewer and fewer projects on BTTC and not a single one won anything from the judges prizes. Is that how you want to push development and user engagement on BTTC?

Lol i m shocked about DreamVerser too and confused about tronfusion too . DreamVerser deserve those prize ! also sad about bitcoin ordinals ! If their votes were legit and didnt got removed like algoMM then why they are disqualified ?

Thank you for the clarification but as active members of the forum are suggesting and the right thing to do would be have three runners up from builder and pass the determination prize to an active project.
It will be the right statement to put out.

Thanks for sharing information but even if we check hackathon rules then TronFusion does not even qualify due to lack of project information and other details. Seems that developer has stopped working on project long ago.
I respect decision but if possible give a chance to more deserving project and also consider those runners up as those builders projects show that they are already continued working.
